Report:  Scheduled Events by Counselor

This report displays all scheduled events over a selected date range like the Scheduled Events report, however this report groups events by the 'Counselor' assigned to patients for whom they are scheduled.  This report is generally printed regularly for specific scheduled events, for example to see which patients are scheduled for Random Drug Screens in the upcoming week.  Generating this report for specific counselors allows them to more easily view upcoming responsibilities for their caseload.

Report Column Explanations

Start Date/Time

This column displays the 'Start Due Date' selected on the Scheduled Event window for each event.

End Date/Time

This column displays the 'End Due Date' selected on the Scheduled Event window for each event.

Event Type

This column displays the 'Event Type' selected on the Scheduled Event window for each event.

Assigned By

This column displays the name of the user who originally entered the scheduled event on the Scheduled Event window.

Status

This column displays the current event status of each scheduled event.

Report Field Explanations

(Counselor Name)

This field serves as a header and displays the full name of 'Counselor' assigned on the Patient Profile screen to patients for whom events are displayed.

Event Comments

This field displays each event's 'Comment' text, which appears on event flag messages when applicable.

Attending

This field displays the 'Patient ID' number and full name for each member of an event's 'Attendee List'.

Number of Events

This field appears following each section of events for patients assigned to each counselor, and displays the total number of scheduled events listed.

Criteria Explanations

From Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display scheduled events with a 'Start Due Date' on or after the date selected here.

To Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display scheduled events with a 'Start Due Date' on or before the date selected here.

Counselor

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display scheduled events scheduled for patients assigned on the Patient Profile screen to the 'Counselor' selected here.

Event Type

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display the type of scheduled event selected here.
