Report: Scheduled Events Summary

This report displays all scheduled events over a selected date range like the Scheduled Events report, however this report groups events by 'Event Category'. Event categories are defined on the 'Scheduler Event Categories' code table then assigned to each event on the Scheduler - Preferences window. This report is often preferred over other versions of this report when users want to print or view all scheduled events assigned to a specific 'Event Category'.
Event Type
This column displays the 'Event Type' selected on the Scheduled Event window for each event.
Start Date/Time
This column displays the 'Start Due Date' selected on the Scheduled Event window for each event.
End Date/Time
This column displays the 'End Due Date' selected on the Scheduled Event window for each event.
Attendee(s)
This column displays the 'Patient ID' number and full name of all patients included on each event's 'Attendee List'.
Event Status
This column displays the current event status of each scheduled event.
Overdue
This column displays an 'X' for each scheduled event considered 'Overdue', meaning the 'Start Due Date' of the event is in the past and the event has not been cancelled or completed.
(Event Category)
This field serves as a header and displays the 'Event Category' assigned to each of the events listed below it.
Total (Event Category) Events
This field appears following each section of events assigned to each 'Event Category', and displays the total number of scheduled events listed for each event category.
Total Events
This field appears on the last page of this report and displays the total number of scheduled events listed for all event categories.
Start Date
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display scheduled events with a 'Start Due Date' on or after the date selected here.
End Date
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display scheduled events with a 'Start Due Date' on or before the date selected here.
Event Type
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display the type of scheduled event selected here.
Event Status
This parameter allows users to limit this report to display only scheduled events with the selected event status.
Event Category Type
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display scheduled events of the 'Event Category' selected here. Event categories are added to the system by editing the 'Scheduler Event Categories' code table, and are assigned to each event on the Scheduler - Preferences window.
Responsible Staff
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display scheduled events assigned to the 'Responsible Staff' member selected here.
