Report:  Scheduled Events

This report displays all scheduled events over a selected date range.  This report is generally printed regularly for specific scheduled events, for example to see which patients are scheduled for Random Drug Screens in the upcoming week.  Generating this report for specific users who assigned or are responsible for events allows users to easily view upcoming responsibilities.

 

 

Report Column Explanations

 

Start Date/Time

This column displays the 'Start Due Date' selected on the Scheduled Event window for each event.

End Date/Time

This column displays the 'End Due Date' selected on the Scheduled Event window for each event.

Event Type

This column displays the type, or name of each event.

Responsible Staff

This column displays the staff member designated as the responsible staff member for each event.

Assigned By

This column displays the name of the user who originally entered the scheduled event.

Status

This column displays the current event status of each scheduled event.

 

Report Field Explanations

 

Event Comments

This field displays each event's Comment, which appears on event flag messages when applicable.

Attending

This field displays the ID number and name for each member of an event's Attendee List.

Notified

This field is only applicable to events scheduled for multiple attendees.  If such an event appears on this report, this field displays the ID number and name for each member of an event's Attendee List who has been Notified on the Flag Messages screen.

Number of Events

This field appears at the bottom of the last page of the report and displays the total number of scheduled events retrieved on the report.

 

Criteria Explanations

 

From Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display scheduled events with a 'Start Due Date' on or after the date selected here.

To Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display scheduled events with a 'Start Due Date' on or before the date selected here.

Event Type

This parameter allows users to limit this report to display only scheduled events of the selected type.

Status

This parameter allows users to limit this report to display only scheduled events with the selected event status.

Show Attendees

Checking this parameter will display the ID numbers and names of any attendees scheduled for each event.

Responsible Staff

This parameter allows users to limit this report to display only scheduled events the selected staff member is responsible for.
