Report:  Physicals Due Next Month

This report displays a list of all patients due for annual physical reviews during the month following a selected month, based on each patient's most recent intake date.  General patient information is included as well as the total number of patients due for a physical in the month following the selected month.  Many facilities run this report or the Annuals Due Next Month report each month so that physical reviews can be scheduled accordingly.

Report Column Explanations

Patient ID

This column displays each patient's 'Patient ID' number as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

CID

This column displays each patient's 'State ID (CID)' number as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

Patient Name

This column displays each patient's full name as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

SSN

This column displays each patient's 'SSN' (Social Security Number) number as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

Most Recent Intake Date

This column displays the most recent of each patient's 'Intake Date' or 'Latest re-admission date', as stored for each patient on the Dosing Information screen.

Next Physical Due

This column displays the month and year each patient is due to have an annual physical review.  This month/year is calculated based on the date on which the report is run and each patient's 'Most Recent Intake Date'.

This field displays the total number of patients due for physical reviews during the month after the selected month.

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients due for physical reviews during the month following the 'Month' selected here.
