This report displays all patients scheduled to attend the clinic on a selected Dispense Date, including basic dosing information. This report is often generated daily so dispensing personnel can get an idea of how many patients to expect in on a selected date, and how many total doses patients will be receiving. Some facilities also use this report daily as a manual sign-in sheet, checking patients off as they are dosed for an additional hard copy record of who was dosed on a selected date.
Dose #
This column displays the Dose # for each dose amount listed, which is applicable to split-dose patients who consume more than one dose amount per day. Dose #'s 2 - 4 indicate split doses.
Guest Dosing
An 'X' in this column indicates the patient is guest-dosing at your facility.
Detox
An 'X' in this column indicates the patient has an active Titrate/Detox Order in progress.
Blind Dose
An 'X' in this column indicates the patient is a blind doser and does not know his dosage amount.
Grand Total - Patients Due In Clinic
This field appears at the bottom of the last page of the report, and displays the total number of patients scheduled to attend your facility on the selected Dispense Date, for all drug/dose type combinations.
Dispense Date
The date selected here determines for which dispense date the system will display patients expected to attend your facility.
Counselor ID
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display patients due who are assigned on the Patient Profile screen to the 'Counselor' selected here.
Include Absent Patients
Since this report is using patient Dosing Information to retrieve the list of patients, checking this box ensures that patients who have been absent from attendance will appear correctly for Dispense Dates on which the patient would normally not attend.
Site Group
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display patients due who are assigned on the Patient Profile screen to one or more 'Site Group(s)' selected here.
