Report:  Patient Photos

This report displays a photo gallery of all patients in your facility.  Each patient's photo is displayed as assigned to each on the Patient Profile screen.  Each patient's Patient ID and full name is displayed beneath each photo.

Report Field Explanations

(Patient ID)

This field appears beneath each patient photo and displays each's 'Patient ID' number as assigned on the Patient Profile screen.

(Patient Name)

This field appears beneath each patient photo and displays each's full name as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

Criteria Explanations

Include Inactive

This parameter allows users to expand the report's data to also display the photos of patients who are not currently active in Methasoft.

Counselor

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display the photos of patients who are assigned on the Patient Profile screen to the 'Counselor' selected here.
