Report:  Patient List With IDs

This report displays all active patients including each patient's ID, Social Security Number, State ID (CID), Insurance ID, Other ID, and driver's license state and number as entered on the Profile screen.  Criteria selections allow users to include inactive patients and filter this report by Billing Provider assignments.

Report Column Explanations

Display ID

This column displays each patient's Patient ID as entered on the Profile screen.

Full Name

This column displays each patient's full name as entered on the Profile screen.

SSN

This column displays each patient's social security number as entered on the Profile screen.

CID

This column displays each patient's State ID (CID) as entered on the Profile screen.

Insurance ID

This column displays each patient's Insurance ID as entered on the Profile screen.

Other ID

This column displays each patient's Other ID as entered on the Profile screen.

DL St

This column displays each patient's driver's license state as entered on the Profile screen.

DL #

This column displays each patient's driver's license number as entered on the Profile screen.

Report Field Explanations

Total Patients

This field displays the total number of patients listed on the report.

Criteria Explanations

Billing Provider

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by displaying only patients assigned to the Billing Provider selected here, as assigned on the Payment Information screen.

Include Inactive Patients

This parameter allows users to expand the report's data by including inactive patients.
