Report:  Patient List Without Events

This report displays a list of all active patients who have not had a scheduled event scheduled with a 'Start Due Date' falling within the selected date range.  This report can be run at any point during a month to help facilities identify patients who may need to be scheduled for important events or tasks.  The 'Event Type' criteria filter allows users to quickly generate the list of patients lacking any type of scheduled event.  Other basic patient information is included on this report, and the total number of patients value can help facilities gauge how many events or tasks will need to be scheduled/performed before a selected month ends.

Report Column Explanations

Patient ID

This column displays the 'Patient ID' number of each patient as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

Patient Name

This column displays the full name of each patient as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

CID

This column displays the 'State ID (CID)' number of each patient as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

SSN

This column displays the 'SSN' number entered for each patient on the Patient Profile screen.

Counselor

This column displays the 'Employee ID' (User ID) of the 'Counselor' assigned to each patient on the Patient Profile screen.

Report Field Explanations

Total Patients

This field displays the total number of patients listed on this report, indicating the total number of patients who have not had a scheduled event scheduled with a 'Start Due Date' falling within the selected date range.

Criteria Explanations

From Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients lacking a scheduled event with a 'Start Due Date' on or after the date selected here.

To Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients lacking a scheduled event with a 'Start Due Date' on or before the date selected here.

Event Type

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients who are lacking a scheduled event of the specific 'Event Type' selected here.

Counselor ID

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients who are lacking a scheduled event and assigned on the Patient Profile screen to the 'Counselor' selected here.

Phase

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients who are lacking a scheduled event and assigned the 'Phase Type' on the Dosing Information screen selected here.

Site Groups

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients who are lacking a scheduled event and a member of the 'Site Group(s)' selected here, as assigned to each patient on the Patient Profile screen.
