Report:  Patient List Without Drug Screens

This report displays a list of all active patients who have not had a drug screen result entered on the Drug Screen Results screen with a 'Test Date' during the selected date range.  This report can be run at any point during a month to help facilities identify patients who need to provide a random drug screen.  Other basic patient information is included on this report, and the total number of patients value can help facilities gauge how many random drug screens will need to be collected before a selected month ends.

Report Column Explanations

Patient ID

This column displays the 'Patient ID' number of each patient as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

Patient Name

This column displays the full name of each patient as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

CID

This column displays the 'State ID (CID)' number of each patient as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

SSN

This column displays the 'SSN' number entered for each patient on the Patient Profile screen.

Counselor

This column displays the 'Employee ID' (User ID) of the 'Counselor' assigned to each patient on the Patient Profile screen.

Last Admit Date

This column displays the 'Latest re-admission date' entered for each patient on the Dosing Information screen.  If this date has not been entered for a patient, the patient's 'Intake Date' will appear in this column instead.

Report Field Explanations

Total Patients

This field displays the total number of patients listed on this report, indicating the total number of patients who have not had a drug screen result entered on the Drug Screen Results screen with a 'Test Date' falling within the selected date range.

Criteria Explanations

From Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients missing a drug screen result record containing a 'Test Date' on or after the date selected here.

To Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients missing a drug screen result record containing a 'Test Date' on or before the date selected here.

Counselor

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients who are without a drug screen and assigned on the Patient Profile screen to the 'Counselor' selected here.

Phase

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients who are without a drug screen and assigned the 'Phase Type' on the Dosing Information screen selected here.

Current Patients Only

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display patients without drug screens who are currently active in the system.
