This report displays a complete list of active patients for any past date selected, including basic patient and dosing information for each patient. The total number active patients for each date is displayed, and the grand total on the last page can be divided by the days in the selected date range to find the average number of active patients per day at your facility for any date range. This report is sometimes used to find census count discrepancies that can result when patients and/or guest dosers are activated or deactivated in Methasoft using different screens, such as deactivating a patient on the Patient ID Administration screen instead of using the Discharge/Transfer screen.
Patient ID
This column displays the 'Patient ID' number of each patient as entered on the Patient Profile screen.
Patient Name
This column displays the full name of each patient as entered on the Patient Profile screen.
Sex
This column displays the 'Gender' selected for each patient on the Patient Profile screen.
SSN
This column displays the 'SSN' number entered for each patient on the Patient Profile screen.
Drug Type
This column displays the 'Drug Type' selected for each patient on the Dosing Information screen.
Dose Type
This column displays the 'Dose Type' selected for each patient on the Dosing Information screen.
Dosage
This column displays the total daily dosage amount entered for each patient on the Dosing Information screen.
History Date
This field serves as a header and displays each date in the selected date range, under which the patient list stored by nightly processes for each date is displayed.
Total Patients for (History Date)
This field displays the total number of patients listed for each 'History Date'.
Total Patients
This field displays the total number of patients displayed on this report for the entire date range selected, which can be divided by the number of days included in the date range to find a daily average patient census.
From Date
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display patient lists with a 'History Date' on or after the date selected here.
To Date
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display patient lists with a 'History Date' on or before the date selected here.
