This report displays all patients who are overdue to attend the clinic at the time this report is run. Patients appear in each section of this report according to the number of consecutive absences each patient has, and the number of days overdue appears in parentheses next to each patient. The number of active patients and guest dosers who are current (not overdue) at the time this report is run appears at the top of this report. Totals are provided for each section of the report, and grand totals are provided in the Corporate Summary section.
Current
This section only displays the total number of active patients and guest dosers who are not overdue to attend the facility. The patients and guest dosers who are current are not listed individually.
1 to 7 Days Overdue
This section displays all patients who are overdue at least 1 day, but not more than 7 days. The number of days a patient is overdue equals 1 + the number of consecutive absent records leading up to the date on which this report is run.
8 to 14 Days Overdue
This section displays all patients who are overdue at least 8 days, but not more than 14 days. The number of days a patient is overdue equals 1 + the number of consecutive absent records leading up to the date on which this report is run.
Over 14 Days Overdue
This section displays all patients who are overdue at least 15 days. The number of days a patient is overdue equals 1 + the number of consecutive absent records leading up to the date on which this report is run.
Total Patients
This field displays the total number of active patients appearing in each section of this report.
Guest Dosers
This field displays the total number of active guest dosers appearing in each section of this report.
Total
This field displays the combined total of active patients and guest dosers appearing in each section of this report.
(Patient ID) (Patient Name) (Number of days overdue)
Patients who are overdue appear in sections of this report in this format. The Patient ID and Patient Name are stored for each patient and guest doser on the Patient Profile screen. The number of days a patient is overdue equals 1 + the number of consecutive absent records leading up to the date on which this report is run.
Corporate Summary Column Explanations
Current
This column displays the number of active patients who are current and not overdue for clinic attendance.
1 - 7
This column displays the number of active patients who are overdue for clinic attendance by at least 1 but not more than 7 days.
8 - 14
This column displays the number of active patients who are overdue for clinic attendance by at least 8 but not more than 14 days.
Over 14
This column displays the number of active patients who are overdue for clinic attendance by at least 15 days.
Active
This column displays the total number of active patients at the time this report is run.
Guests
This column displays the total number of active guest dosers at the time this report is run.
Admits
This column displays the number of patients admitted to the clinic on the date this report is run. A patient will count as an admit once the patient's Dosing Information has been saved, which requires the entry of an 'Intake Date'.
Discharges
This column displays the number of patients discharged from the clinic on the date this report is run. A patient will count as a discharge once the patient's Discharge/Transfer summary has been saved, which requires the entry of a 'Discharge Date'.
Counselor
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by displaying only patients assigned on the Patient Profile screen to the 'Counselor' selected here.
Site Group
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by displaying only patients assigned on the Patient Profile screen to the 'Site Group(s)' selected here.
