Report: Patient Activations and Inactivations

This report displays all patients who have been activated or deactivated in Methasoft, regardless of the method used to activate or deactivate them, including editing the 'Active' bit on the Profile screen, Using the Activate or Inactivate buttons on the Patient ID Administration screen, Discharging or Transferring a patient using the Discharge/Transfer screen, or auto-discharging patients via Nightly Processes. Patients are grouped by Activated and Inactivated actions, including the User ID for each user who activated or deactivated each patient and the date and time on which each action occurred in Methasoft. Totals are provided for each action type as well as a grand total of patients included on the report. This report is generally used for troubleshooting Patient Census discrepancies not apparent on other reports, such as the Intakes and Discharges report, which only displays the activations and deactivations of patients based on specific action types resulting in each patient's active or inactive status.
Patient ID
This column displays each patient's Methasoft Patient ID, as defined for each patient on either the Profile or Patient ID Administration screens.
Patient Name
This column displays the First and Last Name of each patient in <Last Name, First Name> format, as defined for each patient on the Profile screen.
Changed By
This column displays the User ID of the Methasoft User responsible for activating or deactivating each patient.
Effective Date
This column displays the date and time on which each patient was activated or deactivated in Methasoft.
Activated
This header grouping label groups all patients who have been Activated during the selected date range beneath it.
Inactivated
This header grouping label groups all patients who have been Deactivated during the selected date range beneath it.
Activated Patients
This field displays the total number of patients who have been Activated during the selected date range.
Inactivated Patients
This field displays the total number of patients who have been Deactivated during the selected date range.
Total
This field displays the total number of patients appearing on the report for both Activated and Inactivated action types.
Patient ID
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by only displaying Activations and/or Inactivations for only the patient whose Methasoft Patient ID is entered here.
From Date
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by only displaying patients Activated or Deactivated in Methasoft on or after the date selected here.
To Date
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by only displaying patients Activated or Deactivated in Methasoft on or before the date selected here.
Entered By ID
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by only displaying patients Activated or Deactivated in Methasoft by the User associated with the Methasoft User ID entered here.
Show Activations
This parameter allows users to limit or expand the report's data by only displaying or excluding patients who have been Activated in Methasoft during the selected date range.
Show Inactivations
This parameter allows users to limit or expand the report's data by only displaying or excluding patients who have been Deactivated in Methasoft during the selected date range.
