This report displays all active patients in your facility, and includes all basic information needed to medicate the patient in unusual circumstances, such as an extended power outage in your facility. This report is generally used as an emergency, 'Plan B' report, meaning enough information is contained on it to medicate patients by candlelight if necessary. On call staff members often refer to this report in the case of medical emergencies, to inform other medical professionals treating a patient.
