Report:  No Show Preview - Today

This report displays a snapshot at any point in time of all patients who will be marked absent by the nightly processes this evening.  Additional absence information is included such as each patient's total and consecutive absences, as well as how many absences have occurred in the current month.  This report is generally generated at the end of each dispensing date and serves as a daily no show (absentee) list.

 

 

Report Column Explanations

 

Patient ID

This column displays the 'Patient ID' number of each patient who will be marked absent tonight.

CID

This column displays the 'State ID (CID)' number of each patient who will be marked absent tonight.

Patient Name

This column displays the full name of each patient who will be marked absent tonight.

Total Absent Days

This column displays the total number of absences each patient has recorded in Methasoft.

Consecutive Absent Days

This column displays the number of consecutive absences each patient will have when marked absent tonight.

Current Month

This column displays the total number of absences each patient will have in the current month once marked absent tonight.

Counselor

This column displays the 'Counselor' assigned to each patient who will be marked absent tonight.

Patient Status

This column displays the 'Patient Status' of each patient who will be marked absent tonight, as selected for each on the Patient Profile screen.

Absent Date

This field displays the date each absent record will have when inserted by nightly processes.

Grand Total Patients Absent Today

This field displays the total number of patients who will be marked absent tonight.

 

Criteria Explanations

 

Counselor

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients on a selected counselor's caseload.

Site Group

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only the patients who are members of the Site Group(s) selected here, as defined on the Patient Profile screen.
