Report:  Inventory Units Summary by Patient

This report displays a summary of your current unit inventory by patient ID, for facilities tracking unit inventory at the patient level (assigning patient ID numbers to unit doses).  This report is similar to the Inventory Units Assigned to report, but excludes the Inventory Unit Breakdown information.

Report Column Explanations

Patient ID

This column displays the patient ID number assigned to the unit dose(s) for each row on this report.

Unit Amount

This column displays the amount of mgs contained in one unit dose for each row on this report.

Units

This column displays the quantity of unit dose(s) for each row on this report.

Total Mgs

This column displays the total amount of mgs contained in the unit dose(s) for each row on this report.

Report Field Explanations

Totals

This field displays the total quantity of units and total mgs contained within all unit doses appearing on this report.

Criteria Explanations

From Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display unit information for units entered on or after the date selected here.

To Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display unit information for units entered on or before the date selected here.

Drug Type

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display unit information for units of the 'Drug Type' selected here.

Dose Type

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display unit information for units of the 'Dose Type' selected here.

Dispense Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report data to display only units with a selected 'Dispense Date', which is generally the date on which a unit dose is physically created and added in Methasoft.

Entered By

This parameter allows users to limit report data to display only one particular user's entries.  Available selections will include all active staff members.
