Report:  Inventory Units Subtracted by Lot

This report displays all 'Subtract' transactions recorded on the Reconcile Units screen over a selected date range.  This report is generally run by managers and administrators for extended date ranges, to survey the quantity and nature of unit inventory subtractions recorded.  Some facilities print this report at the end of any day unit inventory is subtracted, to file it as a hard copy with other daily inventory/dispensing documentation.  The only difference between this report and the Inventory Units Subtracted report is the 'Lot Number Like' criteria filter, allowing users to limit report data to display only unit doses originating from the entered bulk lot.

Report Column Explanations

Transaction Type

This column displays the type of each unit inventory reconciliation action, which will always be 'Reconcile Inventory' on this report.

Subtracted Date/Time

This column displays the date and time each subtract action was recorded in the system.

Amount

This column displays the amount of mgs contained in each unit dose subtracted.

Subtracted By

This column displays the user ID of the user who recorded each subtract transaction.

Report Field Explanations

Comment

This field displays the comment entered by the user at the time each subtract action was recorded in the system.

Totals for (Drug Type)(Dose Type)

This field displays the total amount of mgs subtracted from unit inventory during the selected date range.

Criteria Explanations

From Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display unit dose transactions entered on or after the date selected here.

To Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display unit dose transactions entered on or before the date selected here.

Drug Type

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display unit dose transactions recorded for units of the 'Drug Type' selected here.

Dose Type

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display unit dose transactions recorded for units of the 'Dose Type' selected here.

Lot Number Like

This parameter allows users to enter any part of a bulk lot number, for limiting this report to only display unit doses created from bottles with lot numbers containing the entered text.
