Report:  Inventory Units - Assigned to

This report displays the unit doses currently in unit inventory for each drug and dose type combination, and includes patient ID assignments for facilities that track unit inventory at the patient level.  The Inventory Unit Breakdown section of this report displays the quantity and amount of each drug and dose type combination used to create your inventory of unit doses.  This report is generally printed daily in clinics managing unit inventory and assigning units to patient ID numbers, then compared to daily physical unit inventory counts.

Report Column Explanations

Assigned to Patient ID

This column displays the patient ID number to which each unit dose or group of units is assigned.

Unit Amount

This column displays the amount of mgs contained in each unit dose.

Number of Available Units

This column displays the quantity of each unit dose amount currently in inventory.

Total Mgs Available

This column displays the total number of mgs contained in each group of unit dose amounts.

Drug/Dose Type

This column displays each Drug/Dose type combination used to make up the unit doses displayed.  Up to 3 different Drug/Dose Type combinations can be involved in creating a single unit dose.

Total Units

This column displays the total quantity of units of bulk medication from each Drug/Dose type combination making up the displayed unit doses.

Unit Mgs

This column displays the amount of mgs contained in one unit of bulk medication for each Drug/Dose type combination displayed.

Total Mgs

This column displays the total mg amount of bulk medication from each Drug/Dose type combination making up the displayed unit doses.

Report Field Explanations

Inventory Unit Type

This field displays the type of inventory, Bulk or Unit, being displayed, which on this report is always Unit.

Inventory Unit Breakdown

This section of the report displays a breakdown of the bulk amount of each drug/dose type combination contained in your current unit Inventory.  Up to 3 different Drug/Dose Type combinations can be involved in creating a single unit dose.

Totals For (Drug Type) (Dose Type)

This field displays totals of the Number of Available Units and Total Mgs Available for each drug/dose type combination.

Grand Totals (All Unit Inventory)

This field displays grand totals of the Number of Available Units and Total Mgs Available for all drug/dose type combinations included when the report is generated.
