Report:  Inventory Unit Totals by Lot

This report displays your current unit inventory totals for each drug and dose type combination, as well as grand totals for each drug type.  Furthermore an Inventory Unit Breakdown section displays a breakdown of the amount of each dose type contained in your current Unit Inventory.  The only difference between this report and the Inventory Unit Totals report is the 'Lot Number Like' criteria filter, allowing users to limit report data to display only unit doses created from the entered bulk lot.

Report Column Explanations

Unit Amount

This column displays amount of milligrams contained in the unit dose.

Number of Available Units

This column displays the number of unit doses currently in unit inventory for each Unit Amount.

Total Mgs

This column displays the total number of mgs currently in unit inventory for each Unit Amount.

Total Units

This column displays the number of units of bulk medication composing your unit inventory for each dose type.

Unit Mgs

This column displays the number of mgs contained in one unit for each dose type, as defined in Inventory Dispensing Rules.

Total Mgs (Inventory Unit Breakdown)

This column displays the total number of mgs currently in Unit Inventory for each drug/dose type combination.

Report Field Explanations

Inventory Unit Breakdown

This section of the report displays a breakdown of the bulk amount of each drug/dose type combination contained in your current unit Inventory.  Up to 3 different Drug/Dose Type combinations can be involved in creating a single unit dose.

Grand Totals (All Unit Inventory)

This column displays the total number of unit doses and mgs in Unit Inventory for each drug type, including all dose types.

Criteria Explanations

Drug Type

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display unit totals for units of the 'Drug Type' selected here.

Dose Type

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display unit totals for units of the 'Dose Type' selected here.

Lot Number Like

This parameter allows users to enter any part of a bulk lot number, for limiting this report to only display totals for unit doses created from bottles with lot numbers containing the entered text.
