Report: Inventory Unit Detail by Dispense Date

This report is similar to the Inventory Unit Detail report, but groups the unit doses currently in inventory by each unit's Dispense Date. This report displays information for each unit dose including each unit dose's dispense date, barcode ID, patient ID assignment, drug and dose type combination, and amount. This report is generally only used when trying to find the source of inventory discrepancies, or when encountering 'Insufficient Inventory' messages trying to dispense unit doses to patients.
Unit ID
This column displays the unique unit barcode ID of each unit dose.
Patient ID
This column displays the Patient ID to which each unit dose is assigned. 'N/A' appears in this column for unit doses which are not assigned to patients.
Patient Full Name
This column displays the full name of the patient to which each unit dose is assigned. 'Unassigned' appears in this column for unit doses which are not assigned to patients.
Drug Type
This column displays the Drug Type of each unit dose.
Dose Type
This column displays the primary Dose Type of each unit dose.
Amt
This column displays the amount of milligrams of each unit dose.
Dispense Date
This field serves as a header, under which all units with the Dispense Date shown are displayed. If there are one or more unit doses without a dispense date currently in unit inventory, 'No Dispense Date' will appear at the top of this report no matter which criteria selections are made when generating the report.
Total Units
This field displays the total number of unit doses for each Dispense Date.
Total Mgs
This field displays the total number of milligrams contained in the unit doses for each Dispense Date.
From Date
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by displaying only unit doses with a Dispense Date on or after the date selected here.
To Date
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by displaying only unit doses with a Dispense Date on or before the date selected here.
Drug Type
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by displaying only unit doses of the Drug Type selected here.
Dose Type
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by displaying only unit doses of the Dose Type selected here.
Patient ID
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data by displaying only unit doses assigned to the Patient ID entered here.
