This report displays detail information for each unit dose currently in your unit inventory, including the unit's current status, amount, patient ID assignment, and unit barcode ID. This report is generally only used when trying to find the source of inventory discrepancies, or when encountering 'Insufficient Inventory' messages trying to dispense unit doses to patients.
Unit Barcode ID
This column displays each unit dose's unique system-generated barcode ID number.
Dose Amount
This column displays the mg amount of each unit dose.
Current Status
This column displays each unit's current status in the system. 'Received' indicates the unit dose has been created. 'Re-assigned' indicates the unit dose was reassigned from one patient ID to another.
Split Inventory
This column displays whether or not each unit dose was created from more than one drug/dose type combination. An 'X' in this column indicates a unit dose contains mgs from more than one drug/dose type combination.
Assigned to Patient ID
This column displays the 'Patient ID' assigned to each unit dose. This column will appear blank in facilities that don't assign units to patients.
Rx Number
This column displays the prescription number associated with each unit dose, for facilities that track Methadone prescription numbers.
Number of Units
This field displays the total quantity of units currently in unit inventory for each drug/dose type combination.
Total Mgs
This field displays the total amount of mgs currently in unit inventory for each drug/dose type combination.
Drug Type
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display information for units of the 'Drug Type' selected here.
Dose Type
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display information for units of the 'Dose Type' selected here.
