Report:  Inventory Suppliers

This report displays a list of all Inventory Suppliers entered on the Inventory Suppliers screen, including the name, abbreviation, contact person, address, and phone number for each.  Additional information for each supplier is also included, and the total number of suppliers appears at the bottom of the report.

Report Column Explanations

Supplier Name

This column displays the entered 'Name' of each supplier, as entered on the Inventory Suppliers screen.

Abbr.

This column displays the entered 'Abbreviation' of each supplier.

Contact

This column displays the entered 'Contact' person's name for each supplier.

Default

This column displays an 'X' for the supplier with the 'Default Supplier' field checked on the Inventory Suppliers screen.

Address

This column displays the full address, phone number, and fax number of each supplier.

Additional Information

This field displays text entered in the 'Additional Information' field for each supplier.

Total Suppliers

This field displays the total number of inventory suppliers displayed on this report.
