Report:  Inventory Dispensing Rules

This report displays your facility's Inventory Dispensing Rules, as saved on the Inventory Dispensing Rules screen.  Inventory Dispensing Rules dictate from which inventory, Bulk or Unit, to dispense medication to patients.  This report simply displays a snapshot of the rules configured at your facility at the time it is generated.  This report is rarely used, but can be useful for reference in facilities with many different rules configured for patients on specific phase levels.

Report Column Explanations

Window Dose Dispense From

This column displays from which inventory type doses ingested at the dosing window will be dispensed, for each drug and dose type combination.

Dose Day Splits Dispense From

This column displays from which inventory type split-doses taken home will be dispensed, for each drug and dose type combination.

Takeout Dose Dispense From

This column displays from which inventory type takeout doses will be dispensed, for each drug and dose type combination.

Drug Manufacturer

This column displays the manufacturer for each drug and dose type combination, as saved on the Inventory Dispensing Rules screen.

Expiration (Days)

This column displays the default expiration period in days for each drug and dose type combination, as saved on the Inventory Dispensing Rules screen.

Phase

This column displays the Phase Level(s) affected by each dispensing rule for each drug and dose type combination, as saved on the Inventory Dispensing Rules screen.
