Report:  Guest Dosing

This report displays all patients with guest dosing schedules, grouping home and visiting patient schedules.  This report is generally used to view how many guest dosers are scheduled to attend your facility within a selected date range.

Report Column Explanations

Start Date

This column displays the date each patient will begin dosing at the Guest Dosing at clinic.

End Date

This column displays the last date each patient will dose at the Guest Dosing at clinic.

Guest Dosing At

This column displays the receiving clinic for each patient's guest dose schedule.

Home Clinic

This column displays the home clinic for each patient schedule to guest dose.

Report Field Explanations

Receiving Guest Dosing at a remote clinic

This section of the report displays all home clinic patients who are scheduled to guest dose elsewhere.

Receiving Guest Dosing at this clinic

This section of the report displays all patients who are scheduled to visit your facility to guest dose.

Criteria Explanations

Patient ID

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display guest dosing schedules entered for the patient whose 'Patient ID' is entered here.

From Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display guest dosing schedules scheduled to start on or after the date selected here.

To Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display guest dosing schedules scheduled to start on or before the date selected here.

Type

This parameter allows users to limit the report data to just one particular subset of guest dosers, those guest dosing at your clinic or elsewhere.

Starting On

This parameter allows users to limit report data to display only those schedules scheduled to start on/after this date.

Ending On

This parameter allows users to limit report data to display only those schedules scheduled to end on/after this date.
