Report:  Group Definition Group Members

This report displays all patient groups defined on the Group Definition screen, including patient ID numbers and names for patients selected as the members of each group.  This report is generally only used to review the members currently assigned to groups on the Group Definition screen.

Report Column Explanations

Group Members

This column displays the list of patients who are members of each group, in (Patient ID Number)(Last Name, First Name) format.

Report Field Explanations

Group Name

This field displays the name of each group, as entered on the Group Definition screen.

Group Members

This field displays the quantity of members of each group in parentheses.

Criteria Explanations

Groups

This parameter is for limiting report data to include only the group selected here.

Group ID

This parameter is for limiting report data to include only the group with the auto-generated ID number entered here.

Site

This parameter is irrelevant for Methasoft users.  Only a facility's Home Site will appear available for selection in this field, and 'All' will be selected by default.

Site Group

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only groups with selected patients assigned on the Patient Profile screen to one or more Site Group(s) selected here.
