This report displays a detailed modification history for each scheduled event, and is generated automatically for an event selected on the Scheduler - Review Events screen when the Show History button is pressed. Details for each event are provided, followed by the history of all modifications made to the event. A record is added to this log each time an event is edited or updated, including the date and time each modification was entered and the user responsible for each. This report is generally used to find procedural errors made by staff members resulting in missed or overdue tasks or appointments.
Status
This column displays the new event status of the scheduled event following each modification.
Event Start Date/Time
This column displays the 'Start Due Date' and 'at Time' selections of the scheduled event following each modification.
Event End Date/Time
This column displays the 'End Due Date' and 'at Time' selections of the scheduled event following each modification.
Modified On
This column displays the date and time at which the scheduled event was edited or updated for each modification.
Modified By
This column displays the full name of the user responsible for each modification of the event.
Event Entered
This field displays the original date and time at which the scheduled event was entered.
Scheduled Event
This field displays the 'Event Type' of the scheduled event for which a history is being displayed.
Staff Event Comments
This field displays the 'Comment' text of the scheduled event for which a history is being displayed.
Assigned By
This field displays the full name of the user who originally scheduled the event.
Responsible
This field displays the full name of the 'Responsible Staff' member selected when the event was originally scheduled.
Attendees
This field displays the 'Patient ID' and full name of each attendee selected for the event following each modification.
Modification Comment
This field displays the 'Comment' text entered on the Update Event Status window for the event.
From Date
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only scheduled events with a 'Start Due Date' on or after the date selected here.
To Date
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only scheduled events with a 'Start Due Date' on or before the date selected here.
Responsible Staff
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only scheduled events assigned to the 'Responsible Staff' member selected here.
Event Type
This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only scheduled events of the 'Event Type' selected here.
