Report:  Dosing Queue Averages by User

This report is similar to the Dosing Queue Averages report but instead breaks down averages for each user dispensing medication to patients on the Dose Patient screen.  A summary is presented for each user who dispensed medication during the selected date range, including the total number of patients dosed, the average number of minutes between patient check-in and patient retrieval from the Dosing Queue, the average minutes between patient retrieval and completion of dosing transactions on the Dose Patient screen, and the average mins between patient check-in and completion of dosing transactions.  This report is generally reviewed periodically by administrative and/or pharmacy staff to monitor the flow of patients from check-in to departure.

Report Column Explanations

User ID

This column displays the 'Employee ID' (User ID) of the each user who dispensed medication to patients on the Dose Patient screen during the selected date range.

User Name

This column displays the full name of the each user who dispensed medication to patients on the Dose Patient screen during the selected date range.

Number of Patients

This column displays the total number of patients dosed on the Dose Patient screen by each user during the selected date range.

Avg Minutes in Waiting Room

This column displays the average number of minutes between each patient check-in and each's retrieval from the Dosing Queue screen recorded by each user.

Avg Minutes at Window

This column displays the average number of minutes between each patient's retrieval from the Dosing Queue screen and the completion of each's dosing transaction on the Dose Patient screen recorded by each user.

Avg Minutes in Queue

This column displays the average number of minutes between each patient check-in and the completion of each's dosing transaction on the Dose Patient screen recorded by each user.

Criteria Explanations

From Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only dosing queue averages for 'Dose Dates' on or after the date selected here.

To Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only dosing queue averages for 'Dose Dates' on or before the date selected here.

User

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only dosing queue averages recorded by the user selected here.
