Report: Dosage Level Summary by Phase/Gender

This report displays a breakdown of your active patient population, indicating the number of patients prescribed different total daily dosage amounts, broken down by Phase and Gender. This report is generally printed by administrative staff to review dosage amounts by Phase and Gender, and sometimes provided to accreditation agencies and/or other governing bodies. Methasoft stores off this information each night via nightly processing, allowing the 'History Date' criteria field to be used to view these statistics for any past date.
(Phase Type)
This column displays the 'Phase Types' used at your facility (in the 'Phase Types' code table) and assigned to patients on the Dosing Information screen.
Dosage Mgs (0-19 - 300+)
These columns displays the total number of patients within each total daily dosage amount mg range, as entered for each patient on the Dosing Information screen.
Total
This column displays the total number of patients assigned to each 'Phase Type' on the Dosing Information screen.
Male/Female
These fields serve as headers, under which the patient breakdown is displayed for each 'Gender' (as assigned to each patient on the Patient Profile screen).
(Phase Types)
These fields appear for each 'Phase Type' assigned to active patients on the Dosing Information screen, and provide each row for the breakdown by phase and total daily dosage amount.
Total Male/Total Female
These fields display the patient totals for each 'Dosage Mgs' column, under each gender subsection of this report.
Total Patients
This field displays the total number of patients under each 'Dosage Mgs' column, regardless of phase or gender.
History Date
This parameter allows users to view this report's data for any date in the past selected here.
