Report:  Current Staff Report

This report displays all active system users as entered on the Employee Profile screen, including each's name, user ID, hire date, length of employment, phone number, and address information.  This report is generally only used as needed to provide a list of current staff members with basic information.

 

 

Report Field Explanations

 

Employee Information

This field serves as a header under which each active employee's information is displayed.

Employee Name

This field displays each active employee's full name, in 'Last Name'/'First Name' format as entered on the Employee Profile screen.

User ID

This field displays each active employee's 'Employee ID' number as entered on the Employee Profile screen.

Hire Date

This field displays each active employee's 'Hire Date' as entered on the Employee Profile screen.

Length of Employment

This field displays the quantity of months each active employee has been employed with the facility, which is calculated based on each's selected 'Hire Date'.

Home Address

This field serves as a header under which each active employee's 'Employee (Home)' address is displayed as entered on the Employee Addresses window.

Address

This field displays each active employee's 'Street Address', 'City', 'State', and 'Zip' as recorded for each's 'Employee (Home)' address on the Employee Addresses window.

Phone

This field displays each active employee's 'Phone' number as recorded for each's 'Employee (Home)' address on the Employee Addresses window.

Job Roles

This field displays each active employee's 'Job Role' selections made on the Employee Profile screen.

Emergency Contact Address

This field serves as a header under which each active employee's 'Emergency Contact' address is displayed as entered on the Employee Addresses window.
