Report:  Comments

This report displays all comments entered into Methasoft over a selected date range.  Generally this report is used to view specific types of comments over large date ranges, such Inventory comments recorded with reconciliation actions.

Report Column Explanations

Type

This column displays type of each comment.  Comment types used in Methasoft include 'Patient', 'Payment', 'Dosing', 'Orders', 'Additional Charges', 'Inventory', and 'Reconcile Balance'.

Patient ID

This column displays the patient ID number associated with each displayed comment.  Often there is no patient ID associated with a comment, for example, when an Inventory comment is recorded when accounting for medication waste.

Entered By

This column displays the user ID for the user who recorded each comment.

Criteria Explanations

Patient ID

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display comments recorded for the patient whose 'Patient ID' is entered here.

From Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display comments recorded on or after the date selected here.

To Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to only display comments recorded on or before the date selected here.

Comment Type

This parameter allows users to limit the report data to just one particular comment type.
