This report displays a list of all patients due for CalOMS Annual updates, which are required for patients in facilities operating in California. Annual update due dates are calculated on the basis of the most recent of each patient's 'Intake Date' or 'Latest re-admission date' in Dosing Information. Patients due for annual updates are grouped by assigned counselor, and subtotals are provided for the number of patients per counselor and overall number of patients due for an update within the selected month.
Patient ID
This column displays the 'Patient ID' of each patient as assigned on the Patient Profile or Patient ID Administration screens.
CID
This column displays the 'State ID (CID)' of each patient as entered on the Patient Profile screen.
Patient Name
This column displays the full name of each patient as entered on the Patient Profile screen.
Latest Intake Date
This column displays the most recent of each patient's 'Intake Date' or 'Latest Re-admission date' as entered on the Dosing Information screen.
Out of Compliance Date
This column displays the date on which each patient will be out-of-compliance if a CalOMS annual update has not been completed. The dates in this column are always calculated based on each patient's 'Latest Intake Date'.
(Counselor Employee ID - Counselor Name)
This field serves as a header, and displays the 'Employee ID' (User ID) and full name of the counselor assigned to the patients displayed below it.
Totals for (Counselor Name)
This field displays the total number of patients due for a CalOMS annual update assigned to each counselor.
Total Patients
This field displays the total number of patients due for a CalOMS annual update for the selected month.
Month
This parameter is required and is used for selecting the month for which to view upcoming CalOMS annuals due.
Counselor
This parameter allows users to limit report data by displaying only the CalOMS annuals due for patients assigned to the 'Counselor' selected here.
