Report:  Billable Notes - Count as Session Unchecked

This report displays a list of all case notes entered over a selected date range on the Case Notes screen, with billable units and the 'Count as Session' field unchecked.  This indicates the case note is documenting billable counseling that is outside of the patient's required monthly counseling.  This report is generally printed on a monthly basis in facilities using the Monthly Billing (MediCal) functionality of the system.

Report Column Explanations

Patient ID

This column displays each patient's 'Patient ID' as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

Patient Name

This column displays each patient's full name as entered on the Patient Profile screen.

Note Date

This column displays each case note's 'Note Date' as entered on the Case Notes screen.

Note Type

This column displays each case note's 'Note Type' as selected on the Case Notes screen.

Billable Units

This column displays the number of 'Billable Units' entered for each note on the Case Notes screen.

Entered By

This column displays the full name of the user who entered each note on the Case Notes screen.

Report Field Explanations

Total Notes

This field displays the total number of case note entries displayed on the report, which is the total number of case notes entered with billable units and the 'Count as Session' field unchecked over the date range selected.

Criteria Explanations

From Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only case notes entered with a 'Note Date' on or after the date selected here.

To Date

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only case notes entered with a 'Note Date' on or before the date selected here.

Entered By

This parameter allows users to limit the report's data to display only case notes entered by the user selected here.
