Chapter Six:  Inventory Menu

The Inventory menu displayed in the screen shot above is accessed by clicking on the Inventory main menu item.  This menu contains all submenu items related to managing inventory at your facility.  From this menu users can access the necessary screens to open and close bulk bottles, switch bulk bottles, add shipments, prepare unit doses, and reconcile bulk or unit inventory.  The Prepare Daily Pour screen provides a user-friendly interface for preparing unit doses and labels ahead of time.  The Pump Setup screen is used for priming and cleaning automated dispensing pumps, as well as for performing and documenting pump calibration tests.
